Located at 51st and Federal in Denver, Colorado, this 59,000 sq. ft. strip center includes four free-standing restaurant buildings. Adjacent to the prestigious Regis University, this shopping center hosts a variety of small, locally-owned restaurants and shops including a specialty grocer. SPL has owned and managed Regis Square since 1983.

Marlee Shopping Center 
Located in a mature area of southwest Denver, this 90,000 sq. ft. strip shopping center hosts both national and local clientele. Tenants includes USPS, Dollar Tree and a regional specialty supermarket. SPL has owned and managed Marlee since 2002.
